Cancellations & Returns

At The Bunny Lass, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality wax melts and wickless candles. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order or return a product. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we have established the following cancellation and return policy:


Order Cancellation:


Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order for wax melts and wickless candles within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellation will not be possible.


Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via email at jen@thebunnylassmelts.com or by phone at 909.55.1182 Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds according to our refund policy.


Return Policy:


Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for wax melts and wickless candles under the following conditions:


The product is in its original, unopened packaging.

The product is unused and in its original condition.

The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return Process: If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:


Contact our customer support team via email at jen@thebunnylassmelts.com or by phone at 909.655.1182 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.


Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.


Package the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and promotional materials.


Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.


Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for return shipping costs.


Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and upon verification of the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they are found to be defective.
