Interested in joining ScentSaga? Here are some things that you should know first
When will I be charged?
You will be charged monthly on the same date that you had subscribed. For instance, if you subscribe on the first day of the presale on July 15th, you will be charged the 15th of each month.
When will my box ship?
Boxes ship between the 10th - 17th of every month. Orders placed before the 15th of the month will receive the box for that same month. Orders made on or after the 15th will start receiving The box the following month. For example, if you order on July 15th you will receive the August box (our very first one!)
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. However, once the card is charged, it cannot be refunded. If you cancel but have already been charged for this billing cycle, your cancellation will take effect the following billing cycle.
Does the price include shipping?
Unfortunately, no. This was the original plan, however, the US Postal Service just announced a significant increase in shipping rates, which is expected to continue for the foreseeable future.
How do I subscribe?
At 12:00am on July 15th, you will be emailed a code and a link to subscribe and from there you can choose your plan.
Speaking of which, let’s talk about the plans!
You will have 5 subscription options to choose from:
- Deliver every month - You will be charged for and receive one box each month
- Deliver every 2 months - You will be charged for and receive one box every other month
- Delivery every month for 3 months - You will be charged once and receive a box every month for 3 months.
- Delivery every month for 6 months - You will be charged once and receive a box every month for 6 months.
- Delivery every month for 12 months - You will be charged once and receive a box every month for 12 months.
