ScentSaga Subscription Box Terms and Conditions
Welcome to ScentSaga! By subscribing to our ScentSaga subscription box service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Subscription Plans

Subscription Options:
- One-Time Purchase
- Monthly Subscription
- Bi-Monthly Subscription (every 2 months)
- 3-Month Subscription
- 6-Month Subscription
- 12-Month Subscription

Recurring Charges:
- Your recurring charges will be based on the day you subscribe.
- For subscription plans, your payment method will be automatically charged on the same day each billing cycle corresponding to your initial subscription date.
Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Schedule:
- Boxes will be shipped between the 10th and 15th of each month.
- Subscriptions initiated on or after the 10th of the month will start receiving their boxes the following month.
Subscription Management

Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period.

Pause or Skip Subscription:
- You may pause or skip your subscription at any time.
- Requests to pause or skip must be made before the next billing date to be effective for the upcoming cycle.
Billing and Payments

Payment Methods:
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
- By subscribing, you authorize ScentSaga to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis.

Failed Payments:
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess it. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.
Refunds

Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not provided for any subscription boxes that have already been shipped.
- For cancellations or changes made after a billing date, no refunds will be issued, but your subscription will be adjusted for the next billing cycle.

- ScentSaga reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
- Your continued use of the subscription service after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
